TTL Video Ltd. was founded in 1987 with a history in both the delivery of Outside Broadcast coverage and the supply of television facilities to UK and international broadcast companies.

We are unique in that we combine both operational and engineering expertise, which gives us specialist insight into the demands and requirements of both venue and Television coverage provider.

Since 1987 TTL Video has deployed trucks and coverage teams for UK and international broadcasters working across a diverse range of high-profile events, such as Wimbledon, Government events including G8 Summits, The Iraq War, Horseracing coverage, Live Political Programmes, General Elections.

Since 2001, with the evolution of new broadcast technologies TTL Video has evolved into the preferred installer of Outside Broadcast cabling systems into English Premier League (EPL) football stadia, enabling each club to meet the requirements of the EPL.

We provide a comprehensive range of broadcast and data cabling that enables both Television coverage, replay technologies and the various analysis and data tracking requirements of both broadcasters and sports organisations.

Since 2010 we have expanded beyond football as broadcasters have seen the advantages of permanent installations. Our operations now embrace Horse Racing, Rugby Union, Rugby League, Golf, Tennis, Snooker and even Opera. We provided fibre optic flood-wiring to BBC Salford Quays and the ITV Granada Studios.

We have been contracted to install, maintain and improve cabling solutions into UK horse racecourses. To date we have installed cabling systems comprising as many as 300 assorted cables and fibres in, to date, 46 different stadia and 45 racecourses in the UK.

Our expertise covers all aspects of the process ranging from liaison with venues, sporting bodies and the major broadcasters to produce the initial system design, through the detailed route planning and technical specifications, to the practical onsite installation of ductwork, containment, cabling, termination and system commissioning.

During the past 20 years, television has seen major change with the introduction of digital and now increasingly fibre optic cabling. TTL Video ensures it keeps abreast of industry changes and developments and the company constantly adapts its skills and expertise to support each new trend.

The company has twin bases in Redhill in Surrey and Warrington in Cheshire to support new installations and the maintenance requirements of our expanding customer base.

The company is well used to the scale and timeframes in this fast-moving environment. We are also used to working in “active” venues, sensitive to the differing requirements of both venues and operational broadcast teams.
